   very poor service very unprofessional i ordered on first of september and they missed seven items and never refunded me or delivered them again i called the call center so many times they’re rude and just keep saying someone will call you but no one ever does and this month in october it happened again three items missing no refund and no response and even today the driver left the order inside the building but didn’t wait for me to come it’s so disappointing and never ordering again

   Lots of variety at cheap prices. Lots of 3 for £10 deals on frozen foods. Frozen food by brands including Ed's Diner, Gino D'Campo and Chiquitos.

   The Deals in Iceland are great for family meals I find the prices are more clearly marked than asda or Aldi and show you offers for eg 2 or 3 products to put togethor for a meal Big reminder dates of thing like Easter /pancake Tuesday etc

   Nice store clean and tidy inside with helpful staff. Great selection of frozen with a small amount of fresh items. Helpful friendly team. They have dropped a star as the outside of the store is always covered in litter and the alleyway up the side of the store is disgusting for people like myself who walk to the shops. Litter and dogs mess everywhere just not nice to walk through before you start your shop. It’s also never gritted in the winter.
