Rented a house for a couple of years from Pure. I needed to be close to my mum during her cancer treatment. I was waiting for a new job to star with the council. The council refused to give me a start date even though they knew I'd been served notice on my address at the time( they were selling or trying to take advantage of the huge rent increases due to mortgages going up) i was literally in a terrible situation but Pure held on to the property for me for ages. Can't remember how long but it was a long time. Highly recommend Pure. I DEFINITELY would not recommend Davies Property in Keighley. Terrible company
Do not use this letting agent and when I move, don’t rent the flat on Broughton road. This 1 1/2 bedded flat with 1/2 a kitchen (has no worktop) on Broughton Road has wood chip on the walls that was disguised during the video (viewed a video due to covid) with bubbles and wonky walls. The property is loud and all you hear is the main door slam. The windows are rotting and they just paint over them. They don’t provide insulation and let the flies in from the bins below. The place had a leak from the upstairs neighbour, 8 months later they refuse to fix it correctly. They patch things up and at £830 per month is extortionate. They come into your flat and turn your heating on and go through your personal possessions. They are rude and inflexible. If you want a repair, don’t expect to know what they are doing, you have to drop what you are doing, incur expenses and have you works done that are sub standard and it’s pot luck if they will actually do what is needed. Don’t rent this flat (coming on the market in November) and stay away from the agency!

That's the house rent for £695 by Pure Residential. 15 months no repairs been done just given lies by Lee will sort it will see what I can do ect. Been ignored after reporting issues disgusting service. No repairs been done so to move away from issues served notice. Don't let from them Answer to your replay Which part did you repair I only know about the block drainage that you rented house with. No other single repair has been done. You asking for quotation and don't carry repairs don't count as repair. And if you make so many repairs why I can't attached one nice photo???
I had got in touch with them in around September or October last year, and I was struggling with my old flat which was in bad condition. So, they had helped me out and moved a better home. Now, ever since, I was always happy with my current home. The level of service was fast and fantastic. Any problems, they DO get it sorted without being fobbed off or procrastinating. The staff are really helpful, friendly and does listen with care. They made me realise that having a private landlord is a bad idea. Each member of the staff deserve a star EACH. This is why I gave it 5 stars but wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I owe them a lot, if you are looking for a small company with a big heart, this is the one.
Rented out damp (long term) property made them aware first week of moving in nearly two year ago!! Absolutely no intention of giving any feedback just get LEE with pen and paper looking marking promises and letting his tenants live in a DAMP, COLD and LEAKING property to this day!! Do people need to speak up about this COMPANY?? The list goes on! You advise your tenants to report issues or concerns to your (Fixflow app) states you as a company get in touch about each individual report within 28 days or less?? 1year and 8 months later ??? It took you exactly a year to repair a rotted skirting board that was raised when we initially viewed the property!
