   My colleague left her phone at this store today tesco express Neston and was worried sick about it I went to the store as trying to phone Neston express is impossible to get an answer when I went in the store the assistance I received was none the staff I spoke to which was 4 different people wouldn't help I would suggest some training in how to help a customers I will never shop at tesco again the staff at Neston express are rude and totally unhelpful poor customer service

   A small Tesco Express store, you can find everything you need in the store, but it is still a bit small. But in comparison with other stores nearby, the prices are too high. But it’s very convenient that he always works late and every day. Even when some holidays and other stores are closed, this store is always open. The store has a discount shelf, which is very good because sometimes you can find expensive goods there that cost less than half the price. It’s great that the store now has a coffee machine with delicious coffee. The store employees are friendly. It’s great that stores have self-service checkouts so you don’t have to stand in line. The store also has a small parking lot nearby.

   Unless you are prepared to pay by card, expect to queue and be ignored by staff when store is empty and they are away from till at shelfs(when they can see you want to pay), as the automated checkouts are now cards only. Next time I'll dump my purchase and go to Sainsbury's.

   Maybe it is appear to be a small shop but the staff will make the difference. All ways you will be welcome with a big smile and a thank... from the team no matter if is 6 am or 5 to 11 in the evening....... It is really shop close to the heart of the community where they all read know wath you want.
