Very cold this evening! However I do like this venue, comfortable seating and well tiered so that you don't get someone's head obscuring your view!
Went to see Beauty and the Beast ~ what a wonderful new take on this traditional story. An "unknown story" ..... Great storytellers for a different story. Our first time at Goole Junction Theatre, will definitely not be our last.
Went to see Alfie Moore here with a friend and loved it. The show was great. The venue was nice, bar area slightly too small but the staff were friendly and accommodating which helped and they served a great apple cider which tasted like sweets of old. The theatre was wonderful, nice, quaint with plenty of leg space and comfortable seating. The view was good of the stage and the lay out made it good from whatever angle. Overall great venue for productions and shows alike.
Come here a lot. Comedy club and sometimes cinema. It is what you might expect of a council run venue. Website is poor when booking tickets.
Thankyou so much . Cinderella performance was amazing. My 3 grankids lost there big brother earlier this year . Heartbreaking for them . Tonight I heard them all giggling for 1st time in ages . Had a lovely evening here with my family and a friend watching a film. A small friendly place with a hearing loop which I needed. My only gripe is the length of the adverts before it started (I got fed up and bored). I’d rather pay a £1 or £2 more to have no adverts.
We've just seen China Crisis there, good sound and friendly staff. A brilliant night
Went to see new jurassic park film, plenty of space, not too crowded, can get drink from cafe, we took our own, seats go quite high so you haven't got people sat directly in front where you can't see, good quality of picture and sound,all staff extremely nice and helpful.
