It’s really disappointing. They advertise their prices everywhere, yet they charged my son £25, claiming the listed rates apply only in summer, not winter. I wasn’t there myself, but we genuinely feel he was misled / scammed!
It says clearly outside: hair cut £16. They just charged me £19...I don't think I will be back.

Shocking customer service and quality - Barber asked me to rate the blond women walking across the street! Are you serious? Should have got up and left at that point. Asian dude with the tattoos who gave me the cut, got home to notice almost close to a bald patch on the back. Should have suspected this when he failed to show me the back side of haircut at the end, as a normal barber would! The place looks fancy compared to nearby barbers, but don’t fall for it.
It was a great experience not only a haircut but a cultural experience. Light jokes, casual no rush experience. Wish we had something like this back in US. Going to make this my pit stop every time we’re here in London! Thank you guys!
