   They are a great dog groomers my teddy always looks a scruffy bugger but he comes out looking like a new dog and taking ruby my king charles she has bad nails they grow all different ways but they handle her beautifully shes an old lady but always comes out looking really good cant recommend them enough xx

   1. Hello would of been nice, manners cost nothing. 2. I have never encountered a dog groomers that doesn’t appear to even like dogs! No hello or greeting my dog or stroking the dog nothing. Just “pick it up.” 3. I’ve never known a dog groomers to attempt to cut a dogs nails whilst I’m holding the dog especially if they are a bit scared. 4. If you’re not an animal person get a new profession. 5. It’s Christmas try smiling mate

   took my shizu, all other groomers couldnt do her eyes.. Took her here, i told them how id had trouble with other groomers as she gets nervous and doesn't like to be groomed. I left her with them, returned expecting to hear the same old, shes too out of control, but...No, My dog looked amazing, they managed to even do around her eyes, they said..she was no trouble at for them... Thank you 5/5

   This was our first visit to The Dog Shop so we was abit nervous, this is the first time our dogs have been groomed as they are only young. As we walked in we was greeted by the owners whom where very friendly and listened carefully while being introduced to our dogs. About an hour later the owners rang me to say they where ready to be picked up. As we walked in, they told us how good they where . We was pleased as dogs can be fussy around new people. Don't be put off by the simple hut and surroundings The Dog Shop has been here for a long time so it's well established. The Dog Shop is reasonably priced for a full groom. We loved it, the dogs loved it and that's all that matters, gleaming clean dogs! Thank you for a lovely relaxed experience.
