   Took my puppy, Kiwi, to prestige paws for his first groom today. He was well looked after and came home looking so handsome and smelling amazing. Chelsea took the time to make Kiwi feel comfortable and well socialised due to this being his first time being groomed. Thank you so much for your service and we will definitely be back x

   Today I took my three small one year olds imperial Shih Tzu's to Bent's garden centre where prestige paw's have recently opened. We arrived at 12.30 and did not leave till past 5.30 never again will I take them there again. There was one girl to groom not only my dog's but quite a few more hence the long time it took. I was not the only unhappy person as I left there was three more waiting,one lady only took her dog for a wash at 2pm and was still waiting after me. There was three more waiting for the dog's to be seen to well after there appointment time clearly the girl who was doing the grooming had too many dog's to do and only had the help of a girl who could only wash them. It was not nice to hear one of my girls had wet herself in the crate and they had to re wash her. My past experience where I last took them was the dog barn in st Helens and they were finished within a two and half hours. I only took them there because the last groomers at Bent's closed, and my daughter takes her dog's to the dog barn, but I don't live near St Helens I live 20 miles away, so when I got a message from Bent's to say they had found a new groomer I thought I would be okay, but I would strongly advise anyone not to use prestige paw's as they are clearly over booking too many dogs .    Called in on a dog walk and took a cancellation slot (without my wife knowing). Picked up our mini-Labradoodle a few hours later to see a whole new, refreshed, happy & full-of-beans pup. Had the full treatment & is so much the better for it and my wife was really happy with the surprise too!!!!

   Wow, what an amazing place! I've been going to Chelsea for 2 months now and my little Freddy loves it here! My dog literally means the world to me so its so important I know he is looked after when being groomed. I don't know what it is but he just loves Chelsea so much and always enjoys his time at Prestige Paws... Would recommend 100x over, Thanks for always taking care of my fur ball, see you soon!
