   I would like to send my gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the staff and management at Tesco Bidston, for the care and attention they gave to my daughter Emma and her husband Danny when their daughter, our granddaughter Nancy became very ill while they where doing their Christmas shopping yesterday. It was a very serious and equally scary moment which was managed very professionally by all concerned. After a very worrying night, Nancy seems to be doing well. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts once again. We wish you all a very merry Christmas, Nancy's Nanna and Grandad.

   Tesco mobile phones. They used to be so helpful, NOT ANY MORE. I’m a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology. I’ve got my phones for years from here, they helped you pick the best phone for you, then set it all up, transferred data from your old phone to the new. NOT ANY MORE, you’re in your own. Picked my own phone with no help. NOT IN STOCK! “When are they in.” I asked. “I don’t know.” Came the reply. “Well what other phones have you got?” “None, all that shelf there are out of stock and there’s no delivery due.” Checked other near Tesco’s. No luck. They gave me a phone number to ring to keep checking if they came in. THREE WEEKS PASSED. They never answer the phone, it allows you to leave a message but they never get back to you. I’ve now got my new phone update from Tesco mobile on line, I took it into MJ phone repair centre in Liscard, Wallasey, Sikh, a great human being. He did all the transfers for me, with a new case and screen protector for my phone and my wife’s phone. £30 quid.

   Every time I go in here the staff are constantly rude, it’s a shame because not every staff member is like that but the self check out staff really need to think before they speak. Not everyone is out to get them and some people are just wanting to do their shopping and go home.

   I came in on a busy Friday afternoon, with my mum. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and my mum is disabled so it can be a struggle to get a big shop. We went to the till and a lovely lady called Julie was patient, kind and friendly. She packed our shopping for us and didn’t make us feel rushed. What an absolute credit to the store. Thank you so much Julie!!

   Went in this morning for cuppa and bacon and egg batch. Haven't eaten here in ages but thought we'd give it a try very disappointing the bacon and egg was cold.The bacon had gone like cardboard left it all after a bite. Absolutely horrible

   Absolutely appalling customer services. Only 1 person on tobacco noone on customer services Bd 10 people waiting in queue. Should be 2 people on AT ALL TIMES

   I don't usually use Tesco but had to nip in , omg soo expensive compared to other stores. They even add on extra expense to some products if you don't use their clubcard system.
