   I’ve been popping in for the last two years and it’s always been a great experience. I’m always welcomed with a hello and a smile, which makes such a difference. Dee has been looking after my beard throughout that time and always does an excellent job, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend Brad’s Barbers and the prices are great too!!!

   Came in today for a haircut and was warmly greeted by a young apprentice and a barber named Silvio—both were very friendly and welcoming. However, one of the barbers, who I believe is the manager (not Brad), didn’t acknowledge me or any other customers, which felt odd. I also noticed him giving customers unpleasant looks while they were being served by other barbers. When it was my turn, he simply said, “Who’s next?” and offered no conversation during the haircut beyond asking what I wanted. In a barbershop, customer service is key, and being greeted is a basic courtesy. Silvio and the apprentice did a great job, but the manager’s behavior stood out—in a negative way. I doubt Brad would be okay with that if he knew.

   Great haircut once again from Brads Upminster, everyone is really friendly. Sam is very professional and runs through your haircut needs and options. Such a good stylist and such a friendly guy. As are Alex and Charlie. I would definitely recommend them

   Always have a fantastic service and experience at Brads. I get both of my sins hair cut here. My 4year old was petrified after a bad experience with another barbers but Charlie and the rest of the team are fantastic. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. They're patient and always a fantastic haircut every time!!
