   Nail Art is very good, full of extremely talented nail artists and they always deliver what is asked. The shop is ALWAYS busy which is indicative of their high quality work and reasonable prices. One of the quirks of the business is that it is very much a first come, first serve type business and even though they allow you to make appointments, it is rare that you are seen within the appointment time. I set aside 2-3 hours for my mani and pedi / only visit on days where there is no time pressure, as it can take a while before you're seen.

   They aren’t friendly here, it’s like they don’t want to be there and I was inconveniencing them. I don’t live far and thought I would find a local nail shop but I’d never go back. A week after doing my acrylics, a nail became loose and came off through no fault of mine, I went back to get it fixed and they couldn’t figure out the original nail colour I had used for the base which a different nail tech had picked out. I was really patient with them but the owner caught an attitude and yelled at me saying if I don’t like it I can leave just because I was trying to help figure out the best colour to use. My response being how can I leave with a half done nail. Anyway negative energy and staff, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere that isn’t hostile.

   They constantly change the prices as they go for example before I got my nails done by the lady for 35£ the man try charge me £47 for the same design and they were speaking mandarin which I understand as I lived in china for 7 years and they were gossiping about me and being racist. Horrible and unprofessional nail store
