Got my nails done 3 days ago. One nail came off with 5 hours of having them done. The next day another one came off and this morning two come off! Very disappointed especially paying £40 for a full set when you can get it done cheaper for better quality!!

The man is always rushing and end up with poor Quality nails, that's manicure and pedicure. Will go further out to get a decent job in future.

being new in the neighborhood i was looking for someone who could be my new salon i went 2 times and i dont think i will be back i paid £ 38 to do full set infill and every time after less than 10 days the gel came off the nail. plus the shop does not look clean the floor and the surfaces are always dirty.
I got my nails and pedicure done as well as my threading and waxing done it was very good experience there i realy would like to go back again at Hd nails and Beauty. Thank you so much i really appreciate

Went to get my nails done ended up paying £26 just for doing white tips baring in mind I used to come and get them done every couple of weeks and only payed £20 then I leave to go home and by the time I got home(I live down the road) my little finger has already come off in full and the rest is starting to come off too. This is the second time this has happened to me with their nails. So I go back and ask for them to be re done the guy says no and tried telling me the reason they're coming off because it's my fault so I show him the nail that fell off and it has no damage to it so he says he'll fix my baby finger and i say to him what about the rest I paid for these he says yeah I know I took the money from you. Anyway he said he doesn't have time to do all of them and I said okay I'll come back tomorrow and he says no I'm busy baring in mind he's just making an excuse and they are never that busy and if I was to call them now they would give me a time to come in not knowing who it is so I had my little finger done and left while they were clearly talking about me in their language which is disrespectful because they can't say anything to my face. Also went home and my sister tells me a couple of her nails have fallen off too and they haven't even lasted a week and they were meant to last until after Christmas and New Years.
I went to get my eyebrows waxed and they did an amazing job and I am definitely going back again.
