Really bad service - rude staff member. I’m really annoyed with this place. Despite coming in the day before to get my nails removed they told me to come the next day only for me to turn up and find out that they were understaffed and wouldn’t be able to serve me. Worst part was I sat there for a while before being asked what I needed just to be told to leave as they wouldn’t be able to serve me and to come back again the next day. Must be joking. Would not return nor recommend. Time and money wasted getting here.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to your salon today at approximately 6 PM. I came in for a nail removal and a full gel set, having shared a picture reference for the desired style, specifically requesting a taper square shape with extra sharp edges. While the initial stage of the process went smoothly, I encountered some issues during the nail application. Initially, I noticed that two nails were glued unevenly, but the technician fixed it when I pointed it out. However, after leaving the salon I observed that my thumb nail was not filed straight, and none of the nails achieved the desired extra sharpness as per my initial request. As a regular client, I am disappointed with the service provided, considering the attention to detail I have come to expect. Furthermore, I'd like to address a previous instance during my last visit, where I had a booking for a nail removal and a full gel set at 6 PM. Unfortunately, the technician left my hands soaking in the water solution for an extended period (approximately 30 minutes) while attending to another customer. Despite expressing my frustration and another customer kindly intervening, I felt there was an unnecessary delay in commencing my service. I understand the salon closes at 7 PM, but given that the appointment was booked for a nail removal and a full gel set, I am perplexed by the delay and the technician's suggestion that I should return the next day due to time constraints. I will provide a picture of todays set and 2 additional pictures of the gel sets I am happy (white set & french tip) with as they are taper square EXTRA sharp. Please look at the difference. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This nail salon is disgustingly money hungry - I went in to get just gel hands and wanted a very simplistic design… when she had already started to remove the previous shellac, she told me it would cost £40… I couldn’t just walk out at this point but I certainly was not going to pay that when my normal salon is £25 so I politely declined and said just to finish removing them. She then charged me £10 just for removal?! Despite 3 nails missing the majority of the shellac?? I really don’t recommend this place. When I got them done last year, they chipped within a week and were pretty awfully done - i was being lazy today and didn’t fancy walking to my normal place considering the weather! Lesson learnt - money hungry companies do not deserve business.

I used to get a basic shellac at another place when I worked as a waitress and despite spending hours washing dishes, they never ever peeled within two weeks. However, I decided to try somewhere new and ended up coming here only to have my nails begin to chip away after 24 hours. I called up and was told to come in at 6:30pm a couple days later (after Christmas), rushed back from work and paid parking only to be told they couldn't see me, because staff had gone home. I then went back yesterday to get them fixed and this morning I've woken up to find that the entire layer of shellac on my index finger has peeled off during sleep. Now, I understand things happen but how is the lady on the phone telling me I'll be charged if I come in after a certain period of days when I am working? I cannot tell my work that I can't come in because I need my nails fixed. I work in a clothing store and have done nothing to cause my nails to chip away other than fold clothes so I'm not sure why I'm being charged when the guarantee is one week. Really disappointed as I was looking for a new nail place but won't be coming back.

I was really surprised to see the bad reviews. Honestly. The places was great, the staff was So NICE and I absolutely loved my nails. Great value for money as well. I saw some comments about their nails being chipped and then asking for repair for free - are you guys having a laugh. It's not the salon's fault if you guys are doing rock climbing with freshly done manicure. They use the best nail colours - OPi and Essie. Or comments about being cash only - yes it's a bit annoying but tell me a salon in London that isn't. At least these guys don't rip you off. Lastly, some comments about the staff speaking their own language - this is full on racist. I see no problem with that, if it makes them feel comfortable and motivated in their own space. Chill the f out people.
