Tommy is the best!!! So great at perfecting nails, precise and quick as well. I always come here for my manicures and pedicures whenever I’m in London.
I had a pedicure at L’Spa Nails for the first time after moving to the area, and I was really impressed. Prices are very reasonable and competitive for the quality. The team was polite, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. The salon is clean, busy (a good sign!), and they take their time, expect over an hour for a normal polish pedicure. One nail got smudged at the end, and they immediately fixed it perfectly. Really happy and will definitely be back!

I don't think I have ever gotten worse manicure and pedicure ever. The guy literally BURNED my feet with a hot towel I couldn't feel them anymore. My manucure was horrible, the shape was completely off, I had acrylic all over underneath my nails, nothing was filed off properly and I had nail polish underneath my nails too. The nail salon was already FULL + they had their own kids wandering around in the salon. Will never set foot in this place again, especially for the price....
The results amazing … I’ve had many lash extensions… here was amazing .. no stinging & listened to what i wanted I also had acrylic infill which were beautiful Not the most relaxing environment ( as in spa) but came out incredibly happy with what I had done Definitely recommend… - As a salon manager myself I can give the services 10/10
Paid for a 45 minute service to receive barely 25 minuets plus them stopping for 3+ breaks. Cut the skin of my big toe and cut my big toe so far down at the edge it was bleeding. Tried to recover it by putting nail glue in the cut. Not happy with the service, made me and husband feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Will not be returning!
I’ve traveled the world and have never encountered the Six star service that Anna and her team provides to their clients. The manicures and pedicures are always top class but the lash extensions stay on for weeks n weeks and I get many comments about how amazing they look. I’ve also had my eyebrows micro bladed and my lips tattooed by Anna both look natural but really enhance my features I would recommend this salon as one of the very best in the world!! Exceptional service and highest level quality products.
Had an appalling experience here. I went in for my manicure before the weekend, showed my nails to a member of staff because they were weak and asked if it was worth doing the gel on them. She said she'll make it work and they will last for 2-3 weeks. The next day they started peeling off, and by day two 6 out of 10 nails were badly chipped. I was very busy during that weekend hence I got my nails done to not worry about it, but I ended up having ugly nails for the whole weekend which was embarrassing as I had important events to attend. On Monday I got back and showed a member of staff my nails and asked him to remove them. He did the job well and was very pleasant, but in the end he proceeded to the till to charge me for that. I was shocked and explained that I wasted my money, time and effort to remove their bad job, he briefly spoke to the manager who was upstairs and said he'll charge me half price. This is not about the money but about how the staff make you feel. I WILL NEVER come back to this place. Its such a shame as this place is 5 mins away and I just moved to the area. I recommended this place to my flatmates as I've had my pedicure done well here before, but I took it back - my friend will never come to this place. Customer service is not a thing here, this is for people who randomly pop in and leave, so their experience or results that last after day 1 don't matter. I went to another salon after that day and explained the situation, they did my nails well and day 3 - no chipping! The lady explained it's either because the staff lacks skill or the materials they use are poor quality, because although some of my nails were weaker than normal there is nothing a true master cannot fix. Or at least they won't promise to. Very shocked at the whole experience, I recommend you AVOID this place at all costs.
I was meaning to leave a review a couple of months ago, however I couldn’t due to logging in issues. I was absolutely mortified with my lash experience, I have been doing my lashes for ten years now so I know what to expect. Firstly the price was made up on the spot, secondly I was charged for Russian volume when she did a classic set. I was quoted £85 and at the end of the treatment quoted £120 ??? Upon starting the treatment she poured a bottle of liquid in my eyes it went all over my clothes and hair !! Who does that ? A professional would use a cotton pad. She was also pulling at my natural lashes with a tweezer I was in so much pain, there was no sorry nor did she stop. Never ever in my life will I go back, I’ve seen the bad reviews and I can see the owners always reply back aggressively and accuse the customers of lying. How about you listen to your customer and change your ways.
