   ⸻ Definitely do not recommend! I visited this salon today for the first time to get a pedicure and gel nails, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The pedicure was done by a male staff member who clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He placed my feet in warm water for a very short time, then immediately started the peeling without properly cleaning or removing the dead skin or cuticles. My feet were left unfinished and still rough. When I mentioned that I was unhappy, he didn’t care at all. A female staff member who was doing someone’s nails came over to take the payment and gave me a small discount, but that doesn’t make up for the poor service. I will never return and definitely do not recommend this place.

   I've been coming here for many years, on and off. I am always welcomed with a smile, and they always remember my name, which makes you feel they appreciate you as a client. They are so attentive. I had a pedicure and a manicure. Which was completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this place.

   Kind & helpful. Lovely service. Nails look professional & neat. Got gel nails & acrylic. My daughter got Acrylic nails - are lightweight and thin, not bulky like most acrylic nails. finished really well, the shape is accurate and beautiful, she was very happy with the end result. Wasn’t overcrowded at all, and the staff were very nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend, will definitely be going back.

   If i could give a -1 then I would, my daughter had a full set of nails done today 31/05/23 and a pedicure, her feet never even got put in water they cut her big toe so bad it's still bleeding 2hrs later her nails are thick, miss shaped and much shorter than she wanted as the woman doing her nails couldn't shape them properly and they kept getting shorter and shorter. My daughter does not like confrontation so didn't say anything in the shop but has come home in tears. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

   My daughter and my mother went in there for a Gel manicure each and was very disappointed. The guy doing my daughter's nails cut my daughter's finger twice, didn't apologise but went on to say that it was my daughter's fault for having weak nails and it turns out this guy is the manager!! Also my mother's gel nail varnish only lasted a day before it was all chipped. I was incredibly annoyed on hearing as it was ment to be a special day for them & a nice treat. My option, go somewhere else!!

   Absolutely awful. Told her what length I wanted my nails and she said no and just cut them far too short. Then passed me onto the next lady know was yanking my arms around like I was a doll. She then cut my thumb and all she could say was "oh". Then she didn't even properly paint my nails and smudges them so she had to re pain them. Lastly me and my friend needed our £2 change back and she claimed she already gave it to us and look at least 15minutes to give my my change back!!! Absolutely awful. Don't do there!!!!
