Had a great BIAB *builder gel*manicure and gel pedicure. The staff was very friendly and the location was clean. They were able to do a design based on some inspection photos. Really happy with how my nails turned out. Cash only location
I had to wait 35 minutes for my appointment for Gel colour Pedicure. They were very unprofessional and rude and The male staff was abusive and had a angry temper. I Assumed he misunderstood that my appointment was for full set SNS and he got very abusive and angry and shouted at me when I attempted to clarify that I did not require in fill. He filed off half of one hand and left my nails hanging in a angry rage. PEDICURE, this was not complete and the female staff removed all the GEL colour and the man shouted and that was the end of the pedicure. No filing to remove skin , nothing. No gel colour that I chose was replaced. Very bad level of service . My feet were soaking wet and I just had to leave . Trading standards need to investigate this shop as there is certificates on the wall but the way they treated me, was unprofessional. I could catch a infection.
I've been going to Fantasy nails for a year now and they've always been amazing. My nails are always done perfectly and with the best materials on the market. They've also been very kind and polite. Highly recommended! ❤️
My favorite salon in the entire city. The team is fantastic, so sweet and respectful. They’re all absolute pros in what they do and my nails always look incredible. I’m very particular about my manicure and I’ve never felt like it was too much - just remember to also be kind!
