Probably my fave set I’ve ever had! Cang really is a perfectionist and great artist. Listens to what you want but also good at taking your inspo and being creative. Also had a perfect pedicure. 10/10 will definitely be going back x
Absolutely wonderful experience with Amy. Staff are so kind, vibe is excellent and a brilliant manicure. Really pleased with my nails! Plus—they're fast! So accommodating, just a perfect place for a nail refresh!
I think I realised why I stopped coming, regardless how many new people come they can never seem to do my nails properly. I went today for an “infill” and colour change. He clearly was new… He did my nails really nice except I don’t feel it was an infill as they’re not filled, look exactly same as when I went there.. which is sad because he was really lovely but that is not what I paid for… and I don’t like confrontation so I just let it be.
I was way overdue for a pedicure so popped in for a quick one on a Thursday morning. No appointment was needed. Service was friendly and professional. They have big massage chairs for you to sit in while you are having your treatment. All was finished in less than 40mins. Do keep in mind that they only accept cash payments. The nearest cash machine is at the post office on Burdett road Unit 2, 13 Burdett Road, London, E3 4TU. I paid £35.00, which is an acceptable price for a pedicure. I picked colour 31 which is a soft pink gel colour.
I have been a loyal customer for 2 years despite having received unsatisfactory services and rudeness from the staff several times. Last time I been there, without any warning they charged me 15£ extra for some glitter powder on my nails. They just lost a customer for their bad attitude
booked with one of the technicians via instagram and after providing her with some dates where i'm available she completely ghosted me for no reason. they were meant for a special occasion and i really wanted to book with her. she could have at least replied saying shes not available instead of leaving me on seen
After months of searching, I have found my regular nail salon. Everybody was so lovely and the person doing my nails was very gentle, especially when removing my previous nail extensions. They were very quick (1hr for removal and paint with French) and did not make me wait at all. They are also available for walk ins. They have someone who does very cool designs that I will be booking with next time I go. Unbelievable that my nails look this good in clear polish with what I came in with. Very reasonably priced - definitely good value for money.
I came to House of Nails a few weeks ago and the technician did a beautiful job on my acrylic nails. However, after leaving I realized that he accidentally drilled through my natural nail. As you can see by the pictures, some of the nails healed but one of them is fully cracked and it painful. I returned to the salon today and was met with such unprofessionalism and no apology. They simply chose to not take responsibility and rectify the situation. While my initial experience at the salon was great, this extreme lack of customer service and rudeness is why they have lost my business.
I've been going to House of Nails for over a year now and I've never had a bad experience here. Friendly staff, patient with your needs and attentive to your nails. They are quick but not rushed! Always happy with whichever technician is available as they all always do a good job and I'm happy to have found somewhere I know is reliable and good quality! Being a regular customer they know what I want and what I like and I'm always happy with the outcome! In the time I've visited I have had gel nails with gel colour, gel colour on toes, LVL lashes and no complaints! I'm planning to soon get lash extensions here too! I look forward to each visit!
