Love this place. They're my "go to" for a gel manicure, but they do everything from nail design to cat eye. Always super professional, quick and very friendly. 100% recommend.
Wonderful customer service! The staff were so sweet and lovely to chat with and offered bottled water. My nails are stunning as well! They do cat eye nails, and they're fabulous. The only thing I would note is that you do need to pay in cash and bring cash, but their prices are great, and the service is unmatched. My nail tech's attention to detail was amazing. At one point, a small bump occurred on a nail, and she noticed and buffed it out and then redid the nail without me having to say anything. Every single nail turned out great and smooth, and it was still done quickly. I absolutely recommend this nail salon!
I absolutely love it here. They do the best nails in the area imo. Always love what I get, really good price and they last the whole time without chipping. Michelle and the team are always super friendly and welcoming and they have great sweets too

I absolutely love Saigon Nails, Iv been a client of Saigon for about a year and a half now, I get my nails gel polished and manicured every couple of weeks and I recommend them to everyone! Michelle and the team are so friendly, talented and kind, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.

The best nail salon I've been to. I started coming here about 4 months ago and have not looked back since. Before coming to Saigon my nails were in bad condition and quite short due to biting. They now feel and look better than ever thanks to the fantastic team. You can see how much longer my nails have grown in the photos below (pink/orange was first trip & colourful was my most recent). The last time I had some fantastic nail art that I've received so many compliments on!
Unprofessional delivery and low-quality deliverable I had an appointment at 3 PM on 19/02/22 for a manicure and pedicure. The whole appointment extended for nearly 4 hours in total due to the shop's overflowing traffic and unprofessionalism from my nail technicians on the day. My gels peeled 2 days after. Even though the shop manager offered me a free charge fix for peeled fingers, I decided to not ever go back to avoid any further humiliation and waste of time. Upon booking confirmation, I clearly stated the services I would like to have on the day, which was full gel manicure with art design. However, my nail technician at first delivered a quick cuticle push using cuticle softener and tried to remove my previous gel layers using a driller without acetone wrapping. That is very harmful for my nail beds, and I asked her to change her approach because my nails are very thin and fragile. I made it clear that I want my cuticles and excessive dry skins removed. Otherwise, I don’t want nail art anymore. Initially she did not know that I understand Vietnamese, she started to mock me with her colleagues and left me sit there for at least 45 minutes waiting in between “To soak my nails well” My nail technician did not deliver a very stable nail art after all and she had to ask her colleague to do the work for her. It looked like a child drawing on my hands (photo attached). I generally want to support local and family-run businesses and I was hesitating to write this review. However, it does not sit well with me knowing that the level of service was not delivered properly as standard expectation and there has been no rectification afterward.
This is the best place to get your nails done! I come in with pictures of tricky nail art every month and they do a brilliant job each and every time :) (and the gel manicures last a month easily). They have really good prices, friendly faces, and it's a place where it's very easy to feel like a valued regular customer. Can't recommend enough! (also the eyebrow waxing is great too)
Absolutely love this place, so efficient, polite and friendly I would highly recommend the price is good and acrylic free so no strong acrylic smell and so you can bring your baby in, my Go to place, the owner Michelle is amazing as I’ve know her for a couple of years from previous nail shop.
