   I’m really disappointed with my shellac pedicure. I got it done just two days ago, and the polish has already started peeling and chipping off. For the price and the fact that shellac is supposed to last at least a couple of weeks, this is really unacceptable. The application seemed rushed, and it clearly didn’t hold up. I expected a lot better quality and durability.

   Did a manicure and pedicure here and i requested no nail varnish. The pedicure was good I was injured with the cuticle machine and was bleeding. And she put this liquid onto the cut which stung. I was quite upset as it was painful My nails were sanded down but was not buffered or polished. She didn't even offer me the options. And my nails were filed down so short and the whole point was to shape them as I grew my nails especially. My nails left in a worse condition than with what I came in with. And she didn't even offer any discount. Not going back.

   Their work is good however their service level is very poor. They overbook people and I always end up waiting over an hour. A girl called Faha (a young girl with braces- please watch out for this scammer) came in with her group friends and waited there for over an hour . I overheard them saying they wished they booked an appointment. Then when ivy asked if anyone has an appointment, the girl lied that her and friends had an appointment and they jumped the queue and got seen first . It’s bloody ridiculous . Ivy and her team has no idea who has appointments and just take peoples words. It’s also obvious that they prioritise people that come and do pedicure and manicure first regardless how late they come . I came before 5 people and they all got seen before me because I was there to only remove my acrylics . They then had the cheek to ask me to come the following morning despite me waiting over 2 hours. It’s pathetic. The young girl (assuming ivy’s daughter) kept calling people who was waiting for pedicures rather than doing it on first come first served . They treat customers unfairly and they are very disorganized The staff need to open their mouth and be clear on waiting times . For a simple step of removing acrylics I shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours just because the staff want to prioritise the customers they can make more money off . Please cancel your appointment systems as it’s bloody useless .

   My 3rd visit there and I’m happy each visit, the shop is quite off the high street. Very friendly and I find they listen to their customers on what they want. Did my feet and hands a couple weeks ago for my 50th and was complimented on both by everyone. Today I opted for the chrome effect and I’m loving it. Can’t wait to be out for people to see.
