   Nails were left sharp was quoted 65£ paid 101£, I had a pedicure also and dead skin was hanging after the scrub. I’m assuming as it was busy attention were not being paid. I don’t mind paying more for a well done service but I now need to redo them elsewhere

   This nail shop deserves better rating. I come here to get my nails and feet done. I always love how they do my nail designs. They take their time getting the shape and design right, just make sure you have a picture to show them. If you don’t like how they did the shape/design just let them know and they will fix it for you.

   Really not happy with the whole experience. I booked a pedicure appointment for 16:30, no one even saw me until an hour later, following which they left me with my feet in the bath for another hour before coming and doing anything. She did a good job and my nails looked nice but then tried to charge me £60 despite the website saying it was only £25. I ended up paying £30, went home and everything was fine but 1 day later the colour fell off one of my toes entirely! I went back and asked them to redo it (they took so long I just ended up doing it myself). The following week the colour on the rest of my toes began to peel off too. Will not be returning, the paint didn’t even last the week!

   I've been coming here for a few years when Ten was working here and since she left I started having my nails done by Ann and honestly she was great at first, I've even left a positive review before, but lately the service has been so poor. They don't even take your name for appointments anymore and even if you book an appointment you can still end up waiting for an hour. On top of that, Ann's nail service lately has been pretty bad I'm sad to say. She's always rushing the job and making mistakes and then gets visibly irritated when you try to correct her. Last time I tried to tell her she was filing the pinky finger nails too thin, she ignored me, and both pinky nails broke within a week. When I showed her a design she only looked at the picture once then started rushing to do my nails without referencing back to the picture, and in the end she got the pattern wrong and had to correct it. Mind you this is after she did my sister's full set (for her birthday) and completely messed up the design, honestly it looked like a child did it, it was really bad. She kept trying to blame us saying we should have told her it didn't look good but she gets annoyed when you try to, and there's no way as a professional she looked at those nails and thought they looked remotely acceptable. I had to ask them to get someone to redo it and the man who works there kindly filed off the old design and did it again, and he was professional and careful and constantly referred back to the photo to make sure he was getting it right. The two stars are for him to be honest because he really did an excellent job. After a few years of going to Greengate unfortunately I will not be going there anymore to get my nails done as the service and quality has deteriorated so much. I wish them all the best and hope they improve again.

   The staff at this nail shop are crooks. After they’ve done your nails, the make up the total despite what their price list says. I went in for a acrylic refill (£18) once my nails were done they charged me £45!!!! When I questioned it, I was told refill for long nails it’s an addiction £6) and £10 for white tip. Not written on their site or on the price list in the shop. Regardless, I was meant to be charged £34. They tried to cheat me of £11. When I questioned that, they made out like they were doing me a favour by saying “this time we’ll give you discount, pay £40”. It’s still not adding up LOL! Imagine all the people who have not questioned their pricing. They don’t do nails that great either so it was a double blow. Not worth it at all. Stratford have better nail shops.
