Don’t recommend they are rude and have very poor customer service and the man does not do the nails well. Nails take forever to do as he has to spend a long time tidying up his mistakes. Even after diubg all that the job is still not neat. There is a much better nail salon near Sainsbury’s
Don't bother going here as a black person, their nail colours are too thin and they don't do more than 2 coats. The woman asked me if I like the colour after doing one coat - of course it will look thin so I asked her if she can complete the colour before I judge whether I like it or not. She refused and told me to leave the shop. She is so rude, doesn't understand clear communication and damaged my cuticles when I asked her to remove the gel.
This Man who done my nails was very rude to me and my mum.I asked for French tips and this is what I got my hand got cut several times if I could put zero stars I would do not come here I want my money back
Please don’t go here. I’ve been a few times because it’s very close to home and had almost always bad experiences. The last time I asked a French manicure with shellac and the the final result was really terrible, all nails looked different. On top of that, the nail polished peeled off from one nail after only 24h!! Now it’s been 4 days and I’ve already lost the shellac on 3 nails. I won’t go back again to this place, they don’t know how to do their job.
My nails were done to perfection very happy with outcome and service will definitely go back!
worst place, worst customer services. the male guy swore at me openly and asked me to get out because I just told him that the suggested treatment is expensive ( he was asking £20 pounds to put normal colour on the toe nails, not Gel) . I went in to get my nails done and got horrifically treated. From the other reviews , its clear the male guy treats women with disrespect and customers get shouted at. such stores must be reviewed and closed as they are ruining the area reputation and openly abusing women. This place is now reported to Trading standards and Newham council harassment team.
100 percent WOULDNT recommended this place , there was no talk between you and the nail artist just dead silence and when you voiced there was something wrong with the nails they would shut you down.. I came in asking for this set.. and came out with primak looking nails.. my friend who also came with me who asked for a milky white ( the acrylics needed to be milky white ) .. but she came out with white acrylic which were very messy , she had to take matters into her own hands and Remove the nail Polish around her nails, ALSO AIR BUBBLES FORMED in my nails , AND I found a hair still in my acrylic and so FOR THAT reason they will be getting ONE STAR. definitely won’t be coming back, if there was a option for zero stars they would get that
Best nail technician i have ever used for shellac French tip. On point!! Grows out so naturally I havent needed to have them done again and it's been about a month. Not one chip. I live in south east but will travel here for my nails from now on. Not much convo lol but results are what matter.
