Nails turned out super pretty! Cleanliness and hygiene could have been a lot better but for the price I could let it go. I got extensions with french tips for £35. Solid colors are £30.
Absolutely terrible service. Extremely unhygienic and unclean place. The lady was very careless and did not pay attention to what she was doing at all. She spent most of her time looking elsewhere and talking to someone and not at what she was supposed to be doing. When I told her I was unhappy she said it was my nails that were the problem when she hadn’t taken the gel paint off or buff them properly. She applied 7 layers of nail paint tying to fix the patchy job. When I told her to take the paint off and I wanted to get pictures, she did not let me and kept asking my why I’m clicking pictures when the job done was clearly not okay? Would not recommend at all! Terrible service and a waste of time.
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I went on Sunday to get a pedicure done, i was advised over the phone it is walk in The waiting time was 2 hours, when i finally sat on the pedicure chair i noticed they did not give me a new towel it was from the previous customer the nail equipment did not get sprayed with antiseptic and the lady did not understand a word of english was very flustered after a long day of working and build up of customers The colour i wanted was not available and when i choose white, the women did such a bad shop with painting my nails and made me bleed after cleaning my cuticle
My wife sent me and my dad here. And it was well worth it. My father really needed it and I joined him to keep him company. Great experience. He lived it too. The chair has a massager so that's relaxing. The water is warm and bubbly. The treatment was done with care no rush. Bringing mum and brother and sister here next. I used the male guy and he is fantastic
Please avoid, the lady literally did my pedicure in 15 min. Did not spend anytime on on my feet. It was so rushed.the tools are so dirty. They don’t know how to do pedicure: better at home.
I have been using this shop as it's very close to where I live. However I had gone in for an appointment a day ago and my nails were rushed because so many people had come in. I paid for an infill with normal colour. The guy that did my nails did not cut my nails down.. he did not redo the colour on the thumb when it got smudged.. he just painted over it and told me he didn't have time to do it.. as I didn't have time to stay I thought I'd go back the next day or the day after. Yesterday one of the nails snapped off as I got off the sofa so I decided to go back. I told him I wasn't happy and explained what the issues were, to be told it's my fault my nails are messy and broken. I was very upset and made to feel stupid Infront of other people. I will not be going in there again and for other people going.. I'd say get the women to do your nails as I've only ever had this issue with the guy in there. Don't get me wrong they aren't the worst nails but for someone starting a new job tomorrow they aren't looking good at all.
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I visited Elegant Nails today, I was there for over 3 hours - an hour wait for my turn, and then two hours to get a new shellac colour and a toe nail repaint. I am beyond shocked at the service I received today. A very rough and messy french manicure that looks nothing like I described. My nails look worse and nothing like when I arrived. The lady just continued doing what she wanted instead of listening, and the lines across the manicure do not match at all. It’s a complete mess. I asked her to stop, she then called another man who works at the shop to continue with my nails, who continued to tell me how it was meant to look and that I need not worry. My hand nails look like I’ve been painting walls at home. A 5 year old could have done a better job in all honesty. Now onto my toes. I am bleeding due to inconsiderate pulling via a tool which was yanked onto the side of my toe. I asked for the lady to stop, to which she didn’t bother. They offered no plaster, no sincere apology and my toe is in pain and swollen. I am genuinely upset and will not be returning and I urge you to check reviews before you go here.
After reading the reviews I was rather skeptical about attending my appointment however it was a pleasant experience.
Great service the past 5 times I’ve been. They always listen to what I’d like and take time to make sure I’m happy with my nails. Keep returning as I’m really happy with them.
