My nails looked lovely after being done by one of the gents but the removal by the older lady was awful and has completely damaged them. Itβs been three weeks since the removal and Iβm still suffering from the damage. My nail beds have been shaved down far too much and theyβre brittle, bendy and weak, unable to grow properly. Iβm someone who never gets my nails done so they were healthy before. Theyβve also been incredibly sensitive and sore. The photos show the extent of the acrylic removal, my nails were left red and uneven. During the removal I had to ask her several times to ensure she removed the acrylic properly. There was still acrylic left on the parts she didnβt want to overshave. It all felt very rushed; a removal shouldnβt take 15 minutes if done carefully. You pay too much for such poor quality service.

Worst nail salon. My toe gel polish started coming out next day of application. Lady (Tina I think) did not cut my cuticles, even though i paid for manicure. She did such a bad job on my hands that i had to go to different nail salon 5 days later. Will not recommend to anyone. She did not apply builder gel properly around my cuticle area and applied it on my skin. Pictures can tell more

Loved the design however, took unusually long to complete even though it was an infill. Pretty much all my nails are cut at the cuticles as sheβs went over the same area many times and kept pinching my skin. These little cuts are extremely painful in such a sensitive area! The staff definitely need some training: very disappointed.

Incredibly disappointed! Iβve been coming to Rose Nails for the last 15 years & have been incredibly loyal, which is not reciprocated. I usually attend monthly & have an appointment booked. Today, I had a broken nail & was unable to book an appointment, I was met with someone informing they could do absolutely nothing for me, regardless of how long I waited. I didnβt expect to see my regular technician (Eric) or to be seen imminently but, expected my custom over the last 15 years to be recognised. So disappointed as I now have to find another nail shop.

Dirty salon, literally water bottles crisp packets on floor. Nails basic, wonky unskilled french tips.. the most common design and it looked so amateur for Β£40. Shame as I went before and they were a lot better in their old branch across the road.

Horrible experience! A lady called Anna did my nails and she made my 3 fingers bleed. I kept telling her my fingers are hurting and she kept ignoring me. She cut my nails too short and didn't ask me what lengh I wanted. The nail is crooked and I kept telling her and she ignored again. She was rushing to do my nails and rushed my to find a colour too! Never will go again and wasted 35Β£!!!
