   Hands down this is the best nail salon in Barking. My nails are on point and I am so pleased with the quick service. I booked an appointment but they also take walks in. Appointments take precedent so book and be on time. The salon is reasonably priced, always good vibes and efficient service in a clean environment. I will be going back for sure.

   I have been going to this nail salon for over 15 years and I love the owner and her hospitality. The service is great and the job gets done very well! For that reason I will remain a loyal customer. My nails are always great and if I’m never happy it’s resolved immediately.

   Had a terrible experience with one of the male nail technicians. This “technician” was very rude and very unbothered about the business that pays him. He refused to do a design for me and his reason was that “I don’t want to do it because I’m lazy”. I attempted to encourage him and I remained polite but his rudeness only increased and at this point I had enough. I had to tell him off. Do your job! I even changed my design for him , something more simple after he attempted the first design with poor execution, on purpose. He didn’t even try. Many people have a poor attitude and try to hide it but this guy didn’t, he was like a child. All in all, the shop owner (I think she was on holiday) shouldn’t employ individuals like him who don’t care about reputation and business that is not theirs.

   I never ever complain about these things ever! and this is the first time i am writing a bad review for a business. I am so soo frustrated but i was left with no choice but to write this review as i do not want customers to go to this place and feel disappointed. THIS IS THE WORST nail shop in barking, the staff are so rude and disrespectful, they don't listen to what you want, they have there own way of doing the style you ask for and if you ask to have it fixed they become incredibly rude, i was made to wait for an hour and then they messed up my nail and when i asked for it to be fixed i was told to wait longer, i arrived at the salon at 2.30pm and left at 6.30pm!! , it was by far the WORST nail shop i have been too and will never return again!!.

   Visited here today for refills and am so upset! When I sat down I showed the design I wanted was told no problem. Asked just for them to be shorter and almond shape. When he was cutting them down, I asked for them to be even shorter. He huffed at me and cut a little more of each one and continued without checking if I was happy with the new length or to compare them with each other. He also cut my cuticles in 3 places. He then told me he didnt have the bronze glitter i wanted but had a similar gold. He showed me and said it came out darker when dry. When he was done and showed me i questioned the colour and he said you chose it. My crosses are also extremely crooked but by this point i just wanted to get out of there. I was charged £25 and have never been so disappointed. Safe to say I will not be returning and wonder how they managed to get their ratings with such a terrible service. I have parts of my nail that isnt even painted!

   Didn't get the design I wanted. Teared my nail cuticles. The gentleman doing my nails was very grumpy and had an attitude when I was deciding what colours to have on my nails. All my nails are different sizes... Didn't even check to see if they were the same length. Didn't have any of the colours I wanted and compared to the design I wanted, I got a whole different design with different colours. All the lines were not even straight and they charged me £25 for a absolute devastating experience as well as a devastating job. Will definitely not be going back there again and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone!!
