   I used to come here all the time and the staff were nice and did nails properly. I went there last minute before my holiday for some biab which they moaned about doing, but did it anyway. The staff member I had was quite rude when he has been nice in the past. He rushed my nails, after I’d left I noticed the paint was not put on properly, patchy and uneven. I had no time to get them resolved as I was going on holiday early hours. The next day two had snapped and now one week later they’re all completely damaged. They are overpriced, will not be coming back here.

   i asked for the first photo and was told it could be done for £80 which we agreed on. he then complained there was too much detail and he didnt want to do it?? so i said no 3d just the background of the nails and we agreed on £60. by the end after him complaining the whole time doing them he told me £75 for nails that dont even look close to what i asked for and complained and cussed when i refused to pay that price. would only recommend for extremely simple designs, other than that dont go.

   I went for Mani and Pedicure (without any colour). They finished within 35mins! Rushed service, no communication at all. He didn’t even ask what shape I wanted and started chipping my nails off! The shapes were awful and uneven for every nails. I was too angry to say anything and couldn’t wait to be out of that unhygienic salon.

   If I could rate 0 stars I would! So unprofessional their customer service is just terrible. Need to change the team or get some training. The last time I got my nails done here they guy did not let my nails dry properly, after 2 days they were coming off. This time I came I smudged my nail a little on the corner they guy said it’s long to redo it….? I asked him for a discount he said no it’s not my fault I Ended up paying & was about to walk out the shop. He then told me to come back & show him… I’ve been here many time & never been asked to show proof of payment. The guy was rude throughout. Disgusting !

   went in to do my nails and the guy doing my nails was around 55 years old and i wanted french tips and he was struggling and getting annoyed at me because he wasn’t doing what i asked for so i had to pick up the nail polish and do my OWN nails in a nail shop. He also told me my nails were £34 even tho half was done by me and then because he was struggling so much his manager im guessing came to do my nails instead and told me my nails were £40 then i told her the other guy said £34 so i’m paying £34 and she gets up throws something on the floor and starts shouting in her language not to mention she was doing the lady next to me nails and she was also complaining because she wasn’t doing her nails right and the manager was just literally laughing in her face and shouting in her language . Overall would not recommend this place absolutely horrible customer service extremely expensive for not even decent nails.

   They are so unprofessional. I showed the design I wanted which was very easy to do and they've done absolutely different thing. They always make you feel wrong even though the mistake was theirs. I've asked to change as its not what I wanted neither what I showed, but the lady first on the right started to protect the guy who did my nail,that I'm the one is wrong . Very disappointed, left with my nails undone. Wouldn't even give a star if I could. I'll upload the first picture of my request and the rest with what I've received.
