Terrible place it should have shut down long ago. Its a health hazard and filthy . The floor has never seen a mop the pies near the door are uncovered. Avoid the place if you can .
Extremely poor customer service and very overpriced. Always dirty. Staff don't speak just look at you with a blank expression. They are listed as UPS parcel drop off, walked in and he just shook his head. At least say sorry we don't do it here anymore... Is also an EVRI parcel shop, says they will provide a box for your item to stick the label off. Asked for a box and was told no, just stick the label on the item... Avoid this shop at all costs.
The guy who works at this place, I believe his name is Chris is incredible rude. He threw the bag at me and my boyfriend when we were in there not once but twice. Not even bothering to open the bag. Absolutely disgusting.

The store collects parcels for Evri. The owner gave away my parcel to a random stranger even though he knew the name and address were different and without the tracking code. He neither offered to help or even apologise. My personal details have been compromised. He had zero customer service so I will be taking further action. I would not trust this shop ever. Truly appalling.
Absolutely awful shop. Urine up the outside, rubbish everywhere, stinks of weed inside and the guy serving turns up with headphones not bothered about helping. Parcel return rarely works so avoid at all costs unless you have absolutely no choice and even then have another think. Grim beyond words.
