Friendly staff and great service. I’d been to three chemists who hadn’t got the prescription and needed. Touchwood Pharmacy had everything I needed and were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Thank you!
Arrived a few minutes before their early closing time on Saturday to buy some medicine for my baby, but after chatting with the pharmacist on what I needed, they refused to serve me as they’d already started cashing up the till before closing time, they weren’t willing to boot the till back up either.
Went to this pharmacy today before 1pm and was told they were closed, this despite the website saying it is open until 6pm. Very unhelpful pharmacist told me she wasn’t sure she could help. All I was trying to do was pick up the remainder of my prescription. Eventually a member of staff took over and found what I was looking for. Another customer who came in just after me was told they could not help her, she like I was there before 1pm. After a few minutes of telling the other customer they couldn’t help the pharmacist pointed out that it 1minute past 1pm.
Helpful and friendly. I don't use this pharmacy at the moment for my repeat prescriptions but I popped in as something was missing from my usual pharmacy. They helped me, and at no cost. Amazing service thank you.
Fantastic pharmacy. I was really struggling to get hold of a particular type of baby formula in the area, and the staff bent over backwards to help source it for me. The communication regarding updates and delivery was also absolutely fantastic.
