   I recently moved my two rental properties over to All in One Property Management after many years of self-managing. I was becoming increasingly anxious with all the new legislation, but handing things over has really reduced the stress for me. They handle rent collection, including a frequently late-paying tenant, and communication has been very good throughout. Danny is approachable and professional, and repairs (such as a leaking shower) have been dealt with promptly. The transition for my long-term tenants was smooth, and the team seem fair and balanced in how they deal with them. Overall, I’m really pleased I made the switch. It’s taken a weight off my shoulders and given me peace of mind knowing things are in good hands.

   I bought my rental property with a tenant already in, and the first thing they asked me was if we were going to keep All in One because they were great - that’s not something you hear often so I was happy to keep them! That was a year and a half ago and it’s been nothing but a great service since then - fast responses, fast resolution of any issues, and found great contractors at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

   A genuine company, much more interested in finding suitable tenants to homes than the money aspect. Unfortunately, my circumstances changed dramatically and I was unable to pursue the home I was so looking forward to moving into. Following an honest conversation with Danny I was able to have my deposit returned to me, despite me letting him down! I will forever be grateful for the kindness shown at a time that I needed it the most.    I have had All in One Property Management Limited managing a property in Mapplewell for several months now and I couldn't be happier. From the first contact with Chris I felt very relaxed and assured about the service they provide. It was very easy to set up mid tenancy. All new contracts and liaising with tenants was taken care of. There are no hidden costs either, everything straight forward. All the stress of managing a property is taken away, especially with them being a construction company anyway so have all trades to hand for repairs and maintenance. Danny who manages the property is always helpful, polite and quick to respond, and the rental income is always promptly paid at the start of the month with a statement for the accountant to enjoy. I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, it really does take the weight off. Sam

   Personally, I don't usually write reviews, but, with the All In One Group they definitely deserve the little time it takes to do this. Firstly, I have no affiliation to the Company and have no relatives or friends employed by them. As to the work I commissioned, it is a rear extension and disabled ramp to a bungalow. The whole process was very straight forward from Planning permission, building permits etc they did it all. The project was managed daily with site visits from the Management team The work was completed by an excellent professional team and their mantra appears to be "do it once, do it right". The project was constantly reviewed during the building process and any suggestions were discussed thoroughly and amendments agreed as necessary. Once the decorating had been completed to a very high standard, the site was cleaned and the appropriate completion forms and certificates were given to me. As a retired electrician, I have a fair knowledge of the building trade and I have no problem in highly recommending the All in One Group to you reader as a highly skilled professional Organisation and I will certainly be commissioning them again at some point in the future.    We have had experience with other agencies but found All in One Property Management to be far superior to the others. They have found excellent tenants for our properties and we do not have to worry about rent collection or property inspections. They keep up to date with the new legislations and keep us informed of any changes. We have complete confidence in Danny and his team and would highly recommend them.

   We have worked with , initially Chris and the Danny on the property rental side of the business for around 5 years now. Having for many years dealt with all this ourselves . While we did well at this , moving to All In One as been a breath of fresh air . It has taken away a lot of the grief . Their ability to make more regular property inspections we feel as reduced the amount of costly repairs we have had to make in the past . While good tenants can never be guaranteed by anyone we feel we have had many less bad ones since they have taken over and when there is a bad one they do their best to deal with them as quickly as possible . The breaks between tenants moving out and then in seems to be a lot less since they took over and our advertising costs are reduced to nil. All in All , All In One have definitely improved our profitability, although dont let Chris know he might charge us more ;-)
