The staff working today in the afternoon , in my opinion they were two ladies who were rude and not professional at all . They do not understand great costumer service and be helpful . I agree with the recents reviews were also mentions how the staff is not the best .
7 boxes of Journey Together Pokémon all opened, so somebody within the business is clearly weighing packs and selling the lower-weight packs to unassuming members of the public. This will be reported to One Stop head office, as there is no need for 7 boxes to be open at the same time.
Constantly being a screw up of a shop that hires lazy workers that want to close an HOUR early and hide in the backroom and ignore customers waiting outside. if u want to close at 9pm not 10pm STATE THAT or sort ur shoddy workers out.
The staff here utterly suck at picking orders either that or they are actively trying to rip customers off by packing the smallest size when you order the largest. Once or twice I’d believe it was a mistake but constantly? No. That’s trying it on. Be warned.
Lady behind the counter spoke to me like a piece of rubbish on the date 1/3/22 at 4pm just so you can narrow it down to who. All I wanted to do was bring back a ASOS parcel and it said I didn’t need to print anything off I just needed to show them the QR code and they would do the rest and she said that no I needed to go print off a label myself. I’ve had a bad couple of days and the way she snapped at me in front of other customers made me feel like rubbish when I literally was only following what it said to do on the ASOS website. She pointed to the back of the shop and shooed me off to print it myself to she could serve the customer behind me. I left the shop and had to get my boyfriend to come back to do it for me because I just wanted to leave. Very unprofessional and seems like she has no care for people’s feelings
Can I deposit money I think we need an answere for the one stop shop whether we could deposit cash money but there's no such answere availeble

As an Australian not knowing how the money works here the staff were kind enough to assist me taking the extra time even with alot of other customers waiting in line. They have a variable selection of food includes snacks, ready made meals as well as fresh produce and other raw ingredients like pasta and rice. They also stock a range of drinks, crisps, sweets and alcohol too. These are all very reasonably priced.
I’ve been going to this shop for nearly 2 years now and it’s so convenient for quick supplies, but I recently went into the shop to get some stuff and picked up a monster energy drink bearing in mind I’m 21 and have tattoos she id’s me when this woman has already id’d me previously multiple times and I wasn’t even paying my partner who had Id was paying so we got refused for the drink. I think it is ridiculous and embarrassing to be ID’d for something like this when she knew my age already and has seen us a lot since we are regularly there. Thanks.
