Good coop with decent stock. Parking is free on the road outside but can be a bit tight at times. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they have a parcel drop-off service. Long opening hours, too.
This shop is awful, no stock on the shelves, staff are no where to be seen kiosk devoid of personnel, there is whom looks like a member of staff who wears a black jumper who's attitude is completely inappropriate for a customer facing role they constantly absent from the tills and on a number of occasions is leaning over the tills playing with sometype of device while there is a queue, her attitude to staff and especially customers is dispicable, I have also noticed in the last 12 months the stores appearance has been ignored it looks like a hurricane has destoyed the shop. The store needs a complete revamp and a new management team installed. There have been alot of new people who have turned up here which doesnt seem right. There is another whom appears to be a member of staff who constantly pulls down societies. He needs addressing and the store in general needs a good refit, a complete change in all the team and refit would benefit the local community.
Has everything you need, from sandwiches,veg,fruit,household products,sweets ,magazines,alcohol, pastries,bread,A4 size paper and more. Well done .
Firstly staff are great, but we often have to wait five deep in a queue to checkout as other members of staff are replenishing stock, not ideal as the person on checkout is under pressure which is surely not right. Grey uniforms? This store is tired in my opinion and needs a refit, product is good. However I would visit Tesco or Sainsbury's first on Pensby road as they are lighter and brighter and therefore provide a more pleasant shopping experience Co-op is the last resort if the aforementioned are sold out.
Good range of products however sometimes I find the frozen a bit limited. Staff are helpful and chatty.
