Opening times online are not accurate, please update! Arrived at 3pm today to collect needed inhalers, was unable to get them any earlier due to work commitments. Due to bank Holiday won't be able to get these now for another 3 days! Opening times today are supposed to be 9-5pm. This isn't the first time I have come here when it supposed to be open at it is shut. Terrible service!

I went in today and the manager supposedly treated with absolute disdain and rudeness she served someone that came after me only because of the way I was dressed Islamophobic. Best to avoid this pharmacy and then she started shouting for me to leave the pharmacy for pointing out the truth. Really disgusting.

Avoid this chemist if you rely on your medications. There is no one there who has a professional approach. You order repeat prescriptions which they do not send and blame it on the GP. They dont know the answers to anything and very often dispense the wrong medication. They dont even know the name of their governing body. These people are barely able to manage a simple transaction and certainly shouldnt be responsible for managing peoples medications.

Iβm a real advocate for supporting my local independents β¦..However I will never step foot in this place chemist again . The staff are so unhelpful The pharmacy is like going back 50 yrs !!!! Nothings ever in stock ,48hrs plus for a repeat prescription Pharmacist argues with you about time lines when stuff should be ready. I changed my prescription back to Boots the chemist that I get a text every 2 months to say meds are ready for collection. So simple so easy . Awful to say this is a terrible chemist that staff that donβt care .

I have been to buy bonjela from Murrays Pharmacy which I paid card for. I enquired about buying a box of covid tests but was told I could only pay cash for covid tests. Unfortunately I did not have cash on me & no way of withdrawing any. Asked for an explanation for the reasoning behind this policy & was given some garbled explanation that made no sense whatsoever! It seems somebody in this pharmacy is on the fiddle!! Now I need to go elsewhere to buy a covid test to visit my terminally ill grandmother. Disappointing!!

Not very welcoming. I always try to be as polite as I can since I am aware that the staff are quite frosty and even with this approach the reception is not very welcoming. You are meant to give 48 hours notice for prescriptions however I would suggest at least 72 hours since having telephoned at 10am on a week day was told would not be ready till 6 days later. Admittedly this included a weekend but what happened to 48 hours notice? Not impressed at all.
