    Terrible service. Ordered a bottle of Champagne that cost more than Β£500 which I wanted engraved with wording and picture. I paid for the item, a week later I hadn't heard from them, I chased it up and was told they couldn't use the image I had sent. I sent them another one, but a day later they said the original was now ok. They assured me the bottle would be dispatched the following day, but instead I received an email saying they had a problem with the engraving. I asked for pictures of the engraved bottle and it was horrendous. I asked for a full refund but was told that the Director would need to decide if he would give one. I chased and chased and never got a response, so I reported them to my credit card company who dealt with the issue. Terrible customer services and would avoid at all costs.

    I ordered a Β£200 engraved Don Julio 1942 bottle as a Christmas gift. It was delivered by Royal Mail and the bottle arrived broken in the corner and a wet and bent box. I emailed customer service straight away to get a response 3 days later insinuating that I’m lying and the bottle should shatter in transit and not break. After the recipient had placed the bottle in the bin they requested further pictures 3 days later which I had sent given further damage to the bottle as it was placed in the bin. I was told the pictures are inconsistent as the bottom of the bottle is now smashed completely(due to it being in the bin for 3 days) and they would not be issuing me with a replacement or refund. They didn’t want to attempt to investigate the issue with the delivery service (Royal Mail) before making their own assumptions. Not everyone is dishonest Prestige Drinks, this could have done with a little more investigating on your part before accusing a customer of lying.

A special mention to the customer service team, specifically Keeley, that answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for my/our request.     I ordered an engraved bottle of whisky from the website and it turned up with a new style bottle. The new style bottle is 2 years old but the old style is still being advertised on the website. Wouldn’t have ordered if I had known. Customer service was awful and did nothing to help. Said the website was in the process of being updated (2years late). Said nothing could be done to help as shown in the T+C’s. Didn’t even apologise and stopped responding to emails.

    Spoke to Keeley today as there was a slight hiccup with my order...nothing dramatic at all. Keeley could not of been more helpful!!!! We spoke as if we had known each other for years although we have never met and live hundreds of miles apart. Thank you for your professionalism and your knowledge.

    Very easy to personalise your drink choice, they even allow you to see a preview of the finished product which was great because my 1st choice and the font I chose didn't match the bottle size so it allowed me to choose something else. The picture quality is superb on the bottle . It came within 2 days and was carefully packaged. People forgot struggling to find a present this is it Tha k me later

    Would not recommend this company, I bought a personalised bottle of Grey Goose vodka for my best friend's engagement party, this was a gift I hoped they could keep for life within a week of giving them the gift the photo pealed off and text box was bubbling. False advertisement on there websites states no stickers and its printed onto glass, if this was the case it wouldn't of started bubbling / pealing off the bottle. The bottle had been opened a drank slightly they are refusing to issue new bottle and have asked for it to be drunk and return the empty bottle for it to be fixed and also told me there is two types of engraving which isnt stated on website when purchasing, colour is printed onto bottle and black and white is engraved if I knew this I would of ordered black and white!! This was an engagement present if i'm not embarrassed enough the gift was faulty and defected, I am embarrassed even more asking them to finish the bottle and sent it back to them! shocking company and terrible customer service I've had to chase them up twice for responses to emails will be taking it to trading standards as I feel scammed and they aren't taking complaint seriously. This was all within 30 days of purchase as well, all I requested was a new bottle to be sent out that wasn't defected I am not bothered if its open or empty, I just think its ridiculous having to waste time sending back an empty faulty bottle to get this fixed when an empty bottle of grey goose could be personalised and sent to me.
