    They told me i will took 4 hour .I arrived after 4 hour 20 minutes. They said 20 min minute more and took nearly 40 more.even after that a wire was hanging out. sensors was not attached properly with glue or double tape and one sensor start hanging next day.if it was done by a mobil screen fitter who fit screen in an hour at your door step, may b it's ok but a professional like them should have done job properly after nearly 5 hour. I hope screen is fitted properly.

    Turned up for an appointment scheduled for 12-12:30 drop off time. When I asked roughly how long it would be Ben the engineer said ‘I’m on this job for around an hour and a half then I’ll get on it’, I asked if I could come back in a hour and then drop it in, He said ‘fine no problem just drop the key in with Dan when your back’. I arrived pretty much exactly an hour after leaving the site and when I arrived was told that he’d just pulled another car in so id have to wait even. At a cost off £246 for the insurance excess and VAT. You’d expect a better level off service.

    Chip on motorway, turned in a crack. Pughs /National Windscreens Trafford Park was my insurers replacers. Needed to have it done at base due to camera and calibration. They sourced a windscreen and booked for repair. I received a sms with booking and directions. I took it for 8.30am, ubered home and was ready by 10.15am. Courteous service, fast turnaround no issues with wipers, heated part or failure. Tip postcode on sat nav keep going round the bend, the units can be abit beige and same looking. Sign on fence to entrance. 5*

    Excellent service, really efficient but friendly with it. The location is quite hidden away but there are plenty of Ubers around and it's less than 10 minutes to the Trafford Centre. They provide an office with wi-fi if you want to work while you wait. My car was ready at least 2 hours early and they let me know ahead of its completion when I could pick it up. Who'd have thought that getting your windscreen fixed could be a good experience?!
