   My Daughter is who is 10 and has Autism had her ears pierced in H Samuel today by the lovely Dion who was patient, calm, professional and put my daughter completely at ease. Great selection of earrings on offer, all reasonably priced and full aftercare package included with the cost. Would highly recommend, especially to anyone with a nervous child.

   Delightful, is how my shopping experience is described. What a charming couple of ladies who assisted me whilst purchasing a Radley watch for my Mum. Mum has Vascular dementia and can be quite difficult at times but these 2 ladies gave me a wonderful experience totally understanding my situation having a Mother refusing to leave my vehicle I was back and forth with photos of watches.. They remained so pleasant and couldn’t do enough for me, a truly gratifying and joyful experience Mum loves her watch. I’m sure we will shop at H.Samuel again. This awesome store is located at the Fort Shopping Centre Manchester M8 8EP.

   By far the most helpful and knowledgeable H Samuel’s I’ve ever used. Couldn’t do enough to help me find my perfect item. Was left disappointed by another HS store, but the staff at The Fort Store restored my faith in great customer care and service. Special mention to Kerry in store who was nothing but professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Went the extra mile and made sure I was happy. A true credit to your team. Thank you.

   In the UK, coloured is an out-dated term used to describe people that aren’t white, I accept It has a history of being used predominantly to describe black people, however It has not been considered an accepted term since the mid-twentieth century, I can only assume that your of an age that knows no different, That being said, I have used H. Samuel for the past 40 years & in that time I have been into many of their stores, when I visited the H. Samuel on the Manchester Fort Shopping Centre I must say that in all my years of shopping, this store & its staff stood out over & above the rest, so much so that I have been back a number of times & spent thousands of pounds with them, The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful, and are always willing to share their knowledge when asked, they are never pushy for you to leave or buy anything, On a number of occasions they have brought to my attention to some of the sales they have to offer that I would of otherwise of missed, & I must say they have never let me down.

   I was at the Hsamuel manchester fort on a Sunday to change some of my wristwatches batteries, the manager (Dave) was so rude and unprofessional, I could hear him where I stood complaining to his junior colleagues that the wristwatches I brought in was too much. Aside that, I was charged for a battery replacement of an ecodrive watch which shouldn’t be so as it’s automated. I took the receipt for the services and the wristwatch to the shop for a refund. The sales lady ( Kerry) that attended to me on 2 different occasions on the same issue. She was very rude, unapproachable , arrogant without empathy. She told me that it’s only the manager (Dave) that could resolved my issue. Very sad experience as they are not helpful and lack good customers service .

   We went into this store recently during a search for wedding rings. The coloured middle aged lady behind the centre counter blew our mind. This was customer service at its very best. Highly knowledgeable and in possession of the unique ability to identify individual customer needs and what product best meets them. The gift of being able to explain industry jargon in layman terms greatly assists the buyer in making the right choice. Did not manage to remember the name unfortunately but this lady definitely deserves a promotion and is a real diamond in between all the gemstones on offer in the store. Highly recommended for jewellery needs.

   This branch offers such excellent service, we couldn't be happier! Gaynor was so amazing in helping us find a ring for our 5-year anniversary, she was incredibly helpful and patient. We left the store having found the perfect fit ring! She is the absolute best and catered to our needs, nothing was too much trouble. When we returned to the branch on a different day, Dave was also extremely helpful and provided us great service with a smile.. We will always come back to this branch with great pleasure, and would strongly recommend it for customer service!
