   Very unsatisfactory shopping experience! Their cuff bangle was so small only suitable for a child or teenager. I have a standard 7 inch wrist but it would not go anywhere near my hand even though it is an ever open design without a clasp and a gap would always be there when worn and therefore it should just slip on at the opening. It won't go anywhere over the hand, if forced (but not even possible) it would rip the skin, it's unwearable and at nearly £100 very overpriced! They have other reviews saying exactly the same regarding the size, but they refused to acknowledge that there is a problem with this item if a normal sized adult wants to wear it. I had to pay an expensive insured for jewelry only return service myself in case it went astray. Various calls and emails later they are still in denial. In future I will shop with other jewelry companies who should there be a problem handle unsatisfactory items in a manner that encourages you to order from them again. My first purchase from Wolf and Zephyr and frankly my last. Too much hassle!!

   Tori is very professional and an expert in her field. She is also incredibly patient and it is clear that it is important for her to that the client is happy with their piercing/purchase. Her jewellery is on trend but stylish, high quality and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Wolf and Gypsy.

   Love this brand - great ethos and product. Sustainable, beautiful and ethical. I got the two sister’s coin necklace in gold, and it is so shiny and pretty! Looks great on its own or layered. Looks like it’s really great quality too, and I love that it’s hand designed and handmade too. Packaging was really pretty too and there was a handwritten note addressed to me which was such a cute extra touch. Their jewellery is all made out of recycled precious metals and conflict-free gemstones, and the packaging is recycled and biodegradable, which makes me an even bigger fan of this company! Plus they donate a percentage from every sale to charity. Go Wolf & Gypsy!

   A wonderful company that me and my wife, Ruth reguarly buy from Amazing designs and customer service, nothing is too much trouble and always happy to re size. Individual pieces are alo made on request, Tori made me a unique bangle for my 50th which is worn with pride everyday. Ruth has lots of wolf and gypsy pieces and they all look amazing. She always gets comments from people when wearing! Good to see the brand grow and develop from where it started. Would highly reccomend them.
