Got my rings resized and they did a great job! The staffs were patient and helpful too, definitely a great place to go for all your Christmas needs.

Fantastic jeweller, I’ve had several repairs done here. Including replacing a diamond and re-sizing my odd shaped eternity ring, re-sizing my engagement ring, repairing and cleaning my locket. All beautifully done. Very, very pleased.
Called in today to have a necklace repaired which had snapped,FIrst class service from what I consider a proper jewellers not high street fakes.They laser welded it and even did it whilst I waited which has earmed me a couple of brownie points with my wife as we are away on holiday next week.. Went in at the weekend to get my engagement ring resized. Really good service and ring fits perfectly. They gave advice on creating wedding bands, and a suggested design due to the shape of my engagement ring. We will go back once we have a wedding date to get our wedding bands made, 10/10 would recommend.

Really poor customer service. I was told to visit this jewellers by a couple of other jewellery shops, I was told they had great customer service and that they would be the best place to go for same day jewellery repairs. I arrived and was told that they had a backlog of jobs to complete so I would be lucky if I got the bracelet back before Christmas. After explaining that I was only in Manchester for the day on a visit and I’d take it elsewhere, the gentleman said he could go and ask the jeweller who repairs the jewellery. I was then quoted £75 for the removal of 3 links on a gold bracelet same day. I was insulted by that price and felt as though I was being taken advantage of. I struggled to see why they were so highly recommended by the locals. I then left the store and visited the Swiss Watch Shop and was quoted £16 for the link removal and it took them less than two hours. I would never do business with Nouveau jewellers again.
Honestly the best and only place I'd trust with my engagement ring. So knowledgeable and talked me through what was needed to resize and fix the claws. All done in a very quick time and over half the price of other quoted jewellers. Cant thank Nouveau enough. 100% recommend
