   Great experience from start to finish! Lewis was very knowledgeable, took his time and did his absolute best to help me design the perfect ring for my (hopefully) soon to be fiancée. The process with the company was faultless and I couldn’t be happier with the ring I ended up with, it’s simply beautiful!    Not the greatest experience. Although I love the style of my rings; they are only a year old and platinum and have scratched very badly. I know this is unusual of platinum as my last wedding band and engagement ring were both platinum from Mappin & Webb. Quite sad that they are so scratched already.after paying and waiting weeks the wedding ring were not actually what we ordered.they were a lot smaller and the engagement ring was a lot small than what we ordered. Avoid at all cost.

Firstly a massive Thank you to Jayne and Ali who were very helpful and professional and helped me find just what I was looking for.    SO DISAPPOINTED!! I brought my Fiancé with me to collect our wedding bands. We buzz the door bell 3x and no one open the door for us and we were waiting outside for 20mins, but when a white couple with branded clothes buzz the bell a staff member instantly rush to the door to let them in. This staff member tried to shut the door on our faces. When my fiancé told her that we were here first she just look us in us in our eyes then my fiancé continued saying we're here to collect our wedding bands then she decided to let us in. I was so embarrassed to my fiancé since i was telling her good things about diamond heaven. That was really rude and really upsetting to us. We felt discriminated. We quickly took our wedding bands and left. Now I'm regretting buying my fiancé engagement ring and wedding bands in this shop!! I'm just glad that our transactions with this company is now finished as I don't want anything to do with this company anymore.

A friendly team member named Beth served me first and showed me a wonderful selection of different engagement rings, until I was happy with the perfect one, and it great value for money. I picked it up from the equally friendly Hannah a week later. My fiancé was so pleased with it when I proposed soon after!
