   I went to the Arndale store to return some items that I purchased a day prior and the service I received was absolutely disgusting. I have never been spoken to in a more distasteful and condescending manner than by Nicole who claimed she was a manager. Would I be writing a positive review if I wasn’t an ethnic hijabi? Maybe. I wouldn’t waste my money here again.

   One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in my life. Me and a friend went to the shop to buy some jewellery and the staff made us feel so uncomfortable. They kept giving us weird looks and one lady just kept following us around the shop as if we were going to steal something because we’re young south asian women (and apparently all we’ll ever amount to are criminals). I honestly expected better from them and we left without buying anything because of how uncomfortable we felt. Never going there again.

   I put the ring into the wrong finger which cannot take it off all the night. I got the help from 3 beautiful, kind, professional and patient stuffs in Swarovski store. They didn’t give up even I want to call the 999 hahahaha. Love you all. Really appliance for what you did.

   Excellent customer service. Was in the shop on Saturday with my partner who was treating me to a birthday gift. The lady who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Got a bracelet and ring- the ring being from the new collection just arrived. Love my gifts and would recommend shopping here. Just a great experience. Thank you

   Called in to buy a gift for my wife. Finally found the red Swan pendant she has wanted for some time. Excellent service and helpful staff. Only 4 stars due to item showing a price of £79.00, but actually cost £85.00, didn't make a fuss as I wanted the item for my wife's Xmas present.
