This store is amazing Just visited the store in New Malden 05/12/25 at 16:40hours this girl that works there, she opened the door for me and she was so helpful She had the biggest smile ever I wish everyone was like her. Just amazing
Service was quick and efficient. I had a lovely girl Danielle who served me, she was very polite, patient and had an amazing humour.

I have been to this branch twice, the first time 2 weeks ago the second was today. I was served by 2 different men on the 2 occasions. First one was a polite gentleman. The second had no manners. I suggest the polite one should be the manager a d the second to get the sack.

Tuesday 19:20 the location is closed, shutters down, locked gates. Even checked the opening times before I left which stated 20:00.
They're fine as a store just don't expect them to be open when you get there. Twice I've travelled to pickup orders and found them closed well within advertised open times.
Fast and good customer services, also refund purchase with no question asked.
This store was a new find for me, and what a find... click and collect, friendly staff (didn't feel like a male-dominated environment unlike other DIY places) and has easy parking
Manahil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in exchanging a pack of.coach screws for a larger size. She was courteous, efficient and made the process easy, which as a pensioner I very much appreciated.
