   We had a fantastic consultation at the Manchester showroom with Maryam, my partner purchased my engagement ring from 77 diamonds and was very impressed with the service, so we wanted to get our wedding rings from here too. Maryam gave us lots of options and we felt completely at ease throughout.    Got my beautiful engagement ring from 77 diamonds off my fiancé and now purchasing our wedding bands. The customer service has been nothing but amazing! so helpful, always have time for you and nothings ever a trouble. In person we met Maryam (twice now) at the stunning Manchester showroom and she has been amazing with everything including helping us pick the perfect wedding bands. Shes so friendly and patient.    I love the bespoke ring my fiancé had made for me, I can’t stop staring at it on a daily basis, it is so beautiful! I had to get it resized twice and was lucky to have met Maryam who made the entire aftercare service a delight and swift experience. Special credits to Maryam for her wonderful service, you are an asset to 77 diamonds. We’ve had some mishaps with the resizing but nothing that was unresolved with due credits again to Maryam.    I saw Michaela for a consultation at the Manchester branch a few months ago. I'd come in with very little knowledge but Michaela was super through and helpful and didn't try to upsell at all. I felt a lot more confident about the engagement ring I wanted so I placed my order online shortly after. The ring arrived in due time and I was kept up to date via email until it had arrived, which was really reassuring. The entire process was swift and pleasant, huge thanks to the team, my ring is beautiful! Would definitely recommend :)
