   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Georgia at Diamonds Factory Manchester I recently bought my first lab-grown diamond piece — a stunning pair of platinum stud earrings — from Diamonds Factory, and I cannot praise Georgia highly enough! From the moment I walked in, she took the time to clearly explain the benefits of lab-grown diamonds versus natural diamonds, helping me feel confident and informed. She even found the perfect pair for me at more than half the original price. I left to think it over, compared prices with a few competitors, and then rushed straight back to the Manchester store — the value and quality simply couldn’t be matched. It was close to closing time, yet both Georgia and Hannah kindly stayed late to complete the purchase and guide me through the best options for insurance protection. Georgia went above and beyond even after the sale. She followed up promptly to answer my questions about IGI certification and the Diamonds Factory valuation, ensuring everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I am absolutely delighted with my beautiful earrings and the outstanding service, warmth, and professionalism from Georgia and the entire Diamonds Factory team. I reached out to DF about 6 months after I'd received my ring to enquire about resetting the stone in yellow gold. Alyshia was quick to respond and we spoke over the phone about options. I decided on 18ct yellow gold and received a very competitive quote with full instructions on how to pay and post off my ring. I was absolutely blown away with my ring when it was returned! Very prompt, friendly and professional service throughout. I would highly recommend DF. And thanks to Alyshia's assistance and advice, I have my dream ring!

   From the moment I contacted the diamond factory about an engagement ring the staff I dealt with offered a great service. Charlotte provided great advice and answered all my questions. They provided a sample ring while I was waiting for the final engagement ring to arrive. The ring was sent out within the times scales they said it would be ready. Was an issue with delivery which was out of the control of the diamond factory, they provided support and chased the delivery company several times. I dealt with several different people at this point and all of them were very helpful. Absolutely delighted with the ring when it arrived. Quality product and service.
