   we went in not too sure exactly what we were looking for but just knew we needed a bracelet, ideally gold with space for charms and i'm very fussy. we were served by Fanta and she was so patient and very knowledgeable! came away with a lovely bracelet exactly right for me :)

   I placed a click and collect order as I know the store tends to be quite long during black Friday. I went to pick up my order and was asked to queue up behind 15 other people. What is the point of having a click and collect order if staff is going to make you queue anyways?

   I've been in a few times, and with it being busy, I have not been able to have a good look at the products sold in the shop. But saying this, I've been able to get served twice, once when purchasing for my mum for her Christmas present and today when my partner offered to buy me a beautiful rose gold bracelet and some charms. Both members of staff were friendly and attentive in particular with how they spoke to you and explained the products with great detail. Will be shopping with Pandora again in the near future.
