    Came in hoping to find a few necklaces for Great Frog charms I got for Christmas. Was welcomed by two lovely sellers who went above and beyond to help make sure I had the right items that suited me. They were helping with styles, chain lengths and making sure it was sturdy enough for the weight of my charms. One lady also helped put each one on to test them as a layered stack around my neck to see which I preferred together chain wise and length wise. Would recommend them to anyone and wish I got their names! I can’t thank them enough.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. I bought a pendant necklace for my fiancee. I asked for a replacement as the necklace I bought had some sort of fabric fibres. Unfortunately they didnt have any more in stock but offered to try and remove the fibres in store. It wasn't a big deal but thankful for their service.
