   I enquired about a wireless door bell etty was very helpful and ordered one for me. I collected next day. When I went to fix the bell press I had difficulty in getting the cover off the case to get the battery working. Took it back and mollie was very helpful and got it up and running. Excellent service I will certainly be using screwfix again an 81 year old female customer with many thanks

   Always encounter friendly and helpful staff here. I didn’t catch her name but I especially wanted to thank the lady who helped me earlier this evening - I was struggling to find a colour match for my bathroom’s silicone sealant, as the colours shown on the bottles are often inaccurate and Screwfix unfortunately doesn’t have/do samples, but she did her best to show me what they had available and find what colour might work. Turns out the vanilla was a perfect match, thank you!

   Had ordered a tap for click and collect but was inadvertently in a branch on the other side of Kingston. I was reluctant to drive over there on the hottest day on record so on the off chance called into the New Malden branch. Emily sorted it out very quickly for me and Netty was also very helpful. Great staff, great store and great aircon!
