   Parked at the nearby car park in the "Screwfix customer bay" and bought a set of wall plugs and some filler in cash for under £5. A week later I picked up a fine for £60 because I didn't have a Screwfix customer account! Complete ruddy scam!

   I would give 0 stars for the man behind the counter if I could. Went yesterday 15th of July to this Borehamwood branch to collect a portable AC unit. Chris one of the staff members brought this big box and a trolley and helped me to the car just to realise the box doesn't fit in the boot(thanks Chris) Came back today 16th of July with a different car. Man behind the counter who's name I did not get brought the same large box, left it in the middle of the store and walked away(shame on you) I was left with 41kg box all by myself to carry to the car and load it myself. At least my back is fine...for now
