I dropped off an evri parcel today at this shop where I was met by a hostile reception. The owner first said that I wasn't a customer so couldn't use the evri service then after I told him I was he then kicked my parcel and said it was too heavy anyway (it wasn't). I'm from Irby, I used to shop here fairly often and the lady and young lad are lovely, but the middle aged angry bloke needs lessons in manners. I don't understand why if you're hostile to evri customers why u would offer this service in the first place. I won't be stepping foot in this shop again, and have reported them to evri. I don't and wouldn't trust my parcel to be with this shop and you shouldn't either.
