   I returned my Amazon purchase from the One Stop after a repeatedly bad experience at Premier on Station Road. I called first and Tracey answered the phone promptly and politely and explained what I needed. When I got to the shop Tracey took me over to the returns machine and talked me through each step so I was confident to do it myself next time. She was so helpful, pleasant, jovial and professional.    Shopping is a dread @ the best of times, only this shop & its lovely staff is the 1 exception, i especially love the lovely manner & customer service from a lovely pair of likely lads ( Craig & Joe ) mainly in on the wkend s eves, they are a credit to this shop & so so pleasant makes my day going in there: 11 out of 10 this one stop
