Really helpful. After trying multiple other plumbing suppliers he was the only person who stocked NK porcelanosa valves. Spent the time to show me how to fit it correctly. Great service.

Massive selection, great prices and could take away same day, they were really helpful loading up the car for me. Definitely worth checking this place out before ordering from an online shop and waiting on a delivery which may not arrive on time (which is what happens to me!) I rang to check they had items in stock in the sizes before heading there and they were very helpful on the phone too

Honestly the best plumber supply store in London. These guys are plumbers, so if you have anything you need to solve, speak to them and they will figure out a solution for you and supply the materials on the spot. Very hard to get a good plumbing service company like this

I had initially called in to request a Roco Toliet seat and they advised me to send the pics in via email and they would come back to me within a couple of days. I hadn't heard anything until 1 week went past so I decided to chase them and spoke to a very rude, impolite man called Surinder! He first had put the phone down probably wanted to get off early and then cheekily said he had pressed the wrong no??? You would have thought someone who has been working there a long time would not get that wrong! anyhow he started having a very bad attitude on the phone very unhelpful to the point I actually said I did not want to give him any business based on his attitude and rudeness. My first and last experience with this company! I will be spreading the word everywhere to warn others.
We bought some items recently. When purchasing the product we asked sale assistant. She said as long as it is not opened and in its original package is refundable. When we tried to return it the next day the owner refused to accept it even though sale assistance said it’s refundable. Avoid this shop at any cost as they are not honest
1 Star is still too much! Far to expensive and very very rude when challenged on prices. This store and it's owner is happy to rip off a pensioner in his 80's. I am a plumber but not local to this store. I had a call out from a friend asking me to help his dad. Not local to me I agreed and traveled 1 hour to assist. Upon arriving I needed some extra parts not on the van. The client offered to collect them from his local merchants. To my surprise when he returned he paid £19.75 for 1 meter of waste pipe and 3 waste fittings. Having no choice I fitted the items. On finishing I checked the prices against my local plumbers merchants and found these would have cost me £6.74 for the same 4 items. Having then looked at this stores reviews online the owner responds to reviews and asks that you contact him before posting a negative review in order to resolve the issue. So I done just that and I went to the store and politely waited for the owner and pointed out that there must be a mistake and wanted to explain how he had overcharged a man in his 80's over 3 times the price but before I could continue with the conversation he told me all his prices were correct and to leave the store and then walked away out the back. He then took a phone call on his bluetooth ear piece and refused to talk to me anymore. Well all I can say is I'm not surprised other reviews on here are similar and I'm surprised the store is still trading.
