   Worst customer service in the world...took over 10days for the tracking number to go live as royal mail had not recieved it from them... after sending 2 emails they then decided to ignore my messages and refused to refund even tho it was over a week later to dispatch let alone deliver...not impressed in the slightest. Being a small business owner myself I don't know how they expect to get any repeat custom or recommendations conducting their business in this manner

   I have recently acquired a second pair of Fortress wraps, as I have a strong appreciation for their quality. However, I have observed a decline in the quality of the new pair compared to my previous experience. Specifically, the sizing appears to be smaller, which is concerning. Additionally, I noticed that the velcro pad is missing from the left wrap. I reached out to Fortress for assistance, but the response was less than satisfactory until I indicated the possibility of leaving negative feedback. Ultimately, I decided to purchase a new wrap instead. Potential customers should exercise caution before placing an order.

   First off I want to say how amazing the customer service was during the Royal Mail strikes Matthew got back to me very fast and even refunded the delivery fee without me even asking. Second of all these wraps are incredible, I have wrists made of biscuits they just get injured so easily however these wraps are the first time I have had a pain free session and even made the session way more enjoyable. I highly recommend these wraps to anyone.

   I've been using different brands of fast wraps for the past 2 years but never found a great fit for my hand. Last month was my birthday and I got Fortress Boxing t1 Fast Wraps. Honestly - mind-blowing! Hands feel professionally wrapped before a fight, it takes a minute to put them on, and perfectly fill the space into the glove. 100% recommend for everyone who's having sore hands or doesn't like to spend an additional 5-8 minutes wrapping their hands before training.

   I’ve been using fortress when I heard about there products. The wraps are the best in the game. Easy to apply and very comfortable. I’ve also got 2 pairs of the gloves 1 pair for pads and the others for sparring. Never had any issues. They’ve out lasted some of the top branded ones I’ve had in the past and find there more supported on the wrist. Will highly recommend and be buying more product when needed. Thanks

   I’ve been using fortress t1 fast wraps for well over a year now after suffering pain in my hands from using standard boxing wraps. I’ve couple the fortress fast wraps with 10oz gloves from fortress also for most my training and the pain in my hands is almost non existent now due the quality of both the wraps and the gloves. The wraps work well with other gloves I’ve used but I recommend pairing the fortress gloves with the wraps for the best results. Amazing quality.
