   We had an amazing stay here! The apartment offered stunning sea views and was just a stone's throw from the beach. Everything was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were also greeted with a lovely welcome hamper, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s perfect for families — everything we needed was right there. We absolutely loved Lyme and the evening sunsets and seeing the moon over the sea and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much! xx

   We recently stayed at this beautiful home in Hadhams, Churchill for a family gathering, with six adults, four children, and two dogs—and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The house strikes the perfect balance between a modern, stylish feel and the warmth and charm of a countryside home. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, with everything we needed (and more) to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The setting was peaceful and scenic, yet the house itself had all the modern comforts that made it easy to settle in as a group. From cozy communal spaces to well-equipped rooms, everything was clearly designed with guests in mind. It truly exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a family-friendly countryside escape that doesn’t compromise on quality or comfort.

   Absolutely loved our stay here for Easter! The place is immaculate, compact but perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and we were really impressed with the storage. Lovely little touches, like the welcome pack, the TV actually connected to a streaming service (i can never remember our passwords so it's normally such a hassle) and great wifi. My favourite part was the little stream that goes under the cabin, so peaceful, especially with a cuppa in the courtyard. And the location is wow. Beautiful clean town, really close to cafes, shops, and a really short 5min walk to the beach! Definitely one to come back to.

   Emilie is a wonderful host and actually accepted our booking at the last minute when we were let down by another host. She saved our holiday! The house is absolutely stunning and without a doubt the most beautiful property we’ve stayed in here in Teignmouth, and we’ve been staying for twenty five years! The house is very large and beautifully clean. The decor is stunning and very thoughtfully considered. Everything is here that you could possibly need for a very wonderful stay. The coffee is delicious! There is something here for everyone. My 19 and 15yo sons played pool pretty much non stop as it rained from the moment we arrived. My daughter loved the cinema room! I don’t know what we’d have done without this wonderful home as we couldn’t do anything outside! The house is spotlessly clean and the beds are the most comfy I think we’ve ever slept in! This house would be perfect for a big family and I would massively recommend booking it if you need a big property as you won’t find better. We were blown away when we walked through the door! This Airbnb is absolutely stunning. Emilie is a fab host and always replies almost immediately. I honestly do not have a bad word to say about the property or Emilie the lovely host. We can’t even offer constructive criticism on anything as there is nothing!! We’ve had the best stay. Thank-you Emilie for being a wonderful host and providing the best accommodation ever. We will most certainly be back!

   The most gorgeous house (No 46 in Torquay), serious style inspiration in every room. Perfect for a gathering with friends. We all loved the small thoughtful details and the many spaces the house provided. Walking distance to the beach, so perfect with kids. Unique holiday stays were lovely to book through too.

   We stayed at Watch Hill in December 2022, it was a long-awaited big family gathering and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue. The house itself is just, WOW. The decor is stunning (the pink bathroom is a dream), the house had been decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch. We all felt so comfortable and relaxed, it was like a (very grand) home from home with everything you could possibly want or need. There is heaps of living space, every bedroom is spacious and the garden is great for those with children too. We loved being so close to the town as well, a short walk down the hill and we were by the sea! Perfect. Emilie has been so lovely as well so all in all, the whole experience has been fantastic. So much so we're going to make it an annual event. Roll on 2023!

   We had a fantastic experience booking with Unique Holiday Stays for a family weekend at Teign House. They have an incredibly professional and helpful approach. Communication was prompt, Emilie and Emma really helped us make the most of the weekend. The house itself was beautiful, it had the ‘wow’ factor and some wonderful touches over the 4 floors. We were a group of 14 all different ages and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. There was something for everyone at this property! I have been browsing more of their properties for future family gatherings!

   Harbour View has, arguably, the most perfect location in Lyme Regis with stunning views out to The Cobb and the sea (plus the huge advantage of ample parking!). The house is gorgeous, spacious, and well equipped with luxury touches. You can walk everywhere ... from picking up fresh fish every day to enjoying the cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. Loved it!
