It was fun to go on rides with 6 year old. There is enough indoor and outdoor to keep the kids busy. Aladdin show was interactive and funny. Adventure side slides and soft play is unique and adventurous. Santa experience was enjoyable and interactive too. Elf and Santa have done a great job. And to select a toy for the coin was entertaining and rewarding

We had a fantastic time at the Crealy Theme Park Santa Experience and couldn’t fault it at all. It was clearly very well invested in, with incredible attention to detail that made the whole experience feel truly special for the kids. The process was smooth from start to finish, with plenty of fun activities along the way to keep everyone entertained while waiting. There was absolutely no rush when meeting Santa, which made it feel personal and magical, and the toys were very impressive. A huge highlight was Aladdin the pantomime — it was hilarious, brilliantly performed, and a real credit to the team. They were amazing and provided the perfect way to round off an already spectacular afternoon. To finish, we walked the light trail around the lake, which was absolutely magical and a wonderful way to end the visit. Well done to Crealy for such a fantastic investment into the Christmas spirit — it was truly felt by the Prosser family. A truly fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

Have been coming to Crealy for years with my daughter using the annual pass. It’s the best thing we ever bought! But Christmas at Crealy is just another level. We come every year, and for only £15 per child it is absolutely value for money. There is a 30-45 minute experience and your child’s pick of 50+ different toys from Santas Workshop. This year did not disappoint either - there can be some queuing as there is a constant flow of people moving through, but the staff/elves are just incredible. Huge shoutout to Baubles the elf (absolutely hilarious and so engaging with the children!) and Louise on entrance (all round lovely incredible lady) as they really made our experience this year. Book it next year or this if you have time - your child’s will not be disappointed.

We had a brilliant day at Crealy yesterday (19th December) for my son’s first birthday. He and my 3 year old had such a great time, with rides and activities to suit different ages. We were particularly impressed with how friendly, cheerful and helpful all the staff were. We found the guy who was working on the Carousel that morning (I didn’t remember his name) to be particularly helpful and friendly, and keen to tell us about all the shows and entertainment that was on. The Christmas light trail was also a highlight. We look forward to coming back again soon!

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with the Santa experience my daughter and I had on Sunday 7th December. We were loyal members and were looking forward to a magical and festive occasion, but were left feeling incredibly let down. The overwhelming sense from our visit was that the event prioritized revenue over a genuine, child-focused experience, which is why we have decided not to renew our membership today. While I want to acknowledge that the staff members within the experience were lovely and did their best, the overall event was poor and lacked any magic for the children. Specifically, our disappointment stemmed from several issues: Overcrowding: The experience was extremely overcrowded, with too many people packed into the space. This made it difficult to move around and completely eliminated any sense of wonder or intimacy that is so important for a Santa visit. Disengaged Santa: The most disheartening part was the interaction with Santa himself. He did not engage with the children. This was a crushing blow for our family, as the encounter with Santa is the core of the experience. Poor Activities: The supporting activities were of a poor standard and did not justify the high price of the tickets. They felt cheap and added to the overall sense that this was a money-making exercise rather than a festive, child-focused occasion. We have enjoyed many festive family days out in the past, but this visit fell far short of our expectations and certainly does not reflect a quality offering. It is truly a shame that what should have been a magical memory turned into a disappointing one.

Staff here are welcoming and fun and add to the atmosphere. Everyone works hard to ensure all visitors have the best day. There is so much to do and see and it really is amazing for all ages, there so plenty for a toddler or a teen to do. With indoor and outdoor attractions it is good for a day out whatever the weather. Just a short drive from the M5 on outskirts of Exeter it is easy to get to and has a huge amount of parking. They have worked hard to make it accessible for all users too, mobility and sensory needs can be catered for and supported.

Booked online & visited during the October half term. 2 adults, 3 children & a baby. £100 for the tickets in total. Car parking free. The kids enjoyed the spook fest, they're 11, 9, 7 & 1 years old. Had the opportunity of taking a free pumpkin - we didn't as we were on holiday so wouldn't have the space in the car to take it home etc. Queue to get in moved quickly and orderly. First ride my husband and older two tried to get on impacted on the morning some what. The on & off rain meant they kept stopping operations. Then ran it empty. After an hour of waiting. They closed it completely. My daughter who's younger enjoyed the indoor rides during this time. There is both indoor & outdoor play areas. The kids loved them. Food prices aren't as extreme as you'd expect. We got 10 freshly cooked donuts I think for £7. The gift shop was rather reasonable too. I took my 1 year old for a walk around the lake whilst the other went one some of the ride. We found some ponies to look at and there were other animals in another section. Overall & considering I personally don't like rides.. it was a great day for the family. They enjoyed themselves. We spent longer there than expected. I do wish the park had been open until 6pm. If you're a hard-core theme park lover this is rather mellow. Definitely caters for the under 13s. If we were in the area again I'd certainly book to visit again.

Crealy isn't a massive place so easy to get around and cues for the rides varied but none were that long. We went the last weekend in October for Halloween it was busy but not awfully busy. The reason for the 4 stars was not the rides or the staff but because if you have food allergies or gluten free or vegetarian there was very little choice. We ended up with the smallest jacket potatoes and unless you added extras it definitely would not fill up adults, which we are. If you have no dietary requirements you'd be fine, there's a pizza place, a chicken place, a cafe that sells mainly pasties and the Jacket potato place. Strangely despite it being a Saturday all the ice cream huts were shut.

Visited here with the grandchildren 5 and 3 and they had a fab time. Most of the rides were open and the queues short. Definitely geared at younger children but fun all the same. Lots of rides to choose from and the children loved the Sooty show - simple but funny. Downside was lack of places open for coffee and ice creams. Definitely would return if in the area.

Great day out for kids. Our little one was a little too small for a lot of rides, recommended 92cm+. But we still managed a couple of rides and had lots of fun on all the different indoor and outdoor play areas, as well as the different animal sections. Great value for money. We had southern fried chicken meal with chips and it was so tasty.
